The people behind the work.
You work directly with the person who reviews the specification and speaks to the factory. Specialist work is brought in only when the scope requires it — and named as third-party work.
Commercial and sourcing coordination
Nebidun Rozi
Founder / team management and supplier selection
Haikou, Hainan
ResponsibilityTeam management and coordination; supplier selection and screening; quotation review, commercial liaison and factory follow-up, integrated into one buyer-facing process.
Brings supplier screening, quotation review, commercial alignment and factory follow-up into one buyer-facing scope. Consolidates technical and commercial clarifications before the proposed contract is finalised.
Russian market representative
International business development & client liaison
Russia / CIS
ResponsibilityFirst commercial discussions, Russian-speaking buyer liaison and project framing for the China team.
Acts as the first commercial contact for Russian-speaking buyers. Converts the buyer’s project context into a requirement the China team can use — scope, technical documents, open questions and decision points — so the right reviewer receives the file before a proposal is prepared.
Supplier and order work
Supplier qualification
Supplier research and verification
China-side
ResponsibilityCompany checks, capability calls, document review and factory-visit planning.
Qualification separates what a supplier claims from what can be checked. The output is a written finding with the evidence, the gaps and the next question — not a badge or a guarantee.
Order follow-up
Production and milestone follow-up
China-side
ResponsibilityProduction milestones, change control, sample status and shipping readiness.
Follow-up keeps the factory schedule, the approved sample and the shipping plan on the same page. Bad news is reported early, while there is still time to act.
Inspection, testing and technical review
Inspection coordination
Quality coordination and witness support
China / third-party
ResponsibilityInspection booking, witness attendance, photo record and report collection.
The inspection itself is performed by the qualified inspector or test house named in the scope. D&N coordinates the visit, records what was observed and follows up on corrective actions.
Technical review
Technical procurement review
Remote / China
ResponsibilityDrawing and specification review, quotation comparison and clarification questions.
The review makes technical differences visible before a purchase order. It is not a design service, laboratory test or engineering approval; those remain with the qualified party named in the specification.
Documents and delivery
Export documentation
Export documents and payment milestones
China-side
ResponsibilityInvoice, packing list, certificate of origin and freight-document coordination.
Document accuracy is checked against the order, the packing record and the agreed delivery term. The exporter of record and the customs broker remain the parties named in the contract.
Freight coordination
Logistics coordination
China / forwarder
ResponsibilityBooking, dispatch schedule, document handover and arrival follow-up.
The forwarder, carrier and importer remain responsible for their own scope. D&N keeps the hand-offs visible so the buyer knows which document or decision is still open.
Profiles show the role that handles the work. Names, photographs and CVs are added with consent; ask for an introduction on a call and we will tell you who would handle your mandate.
How we keep it small
A deliberate limit, not a staffing claim
We do not publish a team headcount, because it changes with the mandate and would tell you nothing useful about who will answer your email. We also do not publish names, photographs or CVs without consent.
What we can tell you is how the work is controlled: one named contact, a written scope, a defined escalation route and a clear list of the specialist work that sits outside D&N.
What you can ask for
- Who is responsible for each workstream.
- Which tasks are performed by D&N and which by a third party.
- The experience relevant to your category.
- A short introductory call before the mandate starts.
We do not publish team names, photographs or CVs without consent. Ask for an introduction on a call; we will tell you who would handle the work.
Want to meet the person who would handle it?
Send a short brief. We will arrange an introduction and explain who would be responsible for each part of the mandate.
